What to Expect From a Session
Following a brief relaxation to slow down the brain waves, I scan the body for any imprints and areas holding emotions.
I bring the chakra system into balance. There are seven major chakras associated with the body. They are energy centres on the body which energy flows through. They can become blocked due to emotional issues which result in the feeling of being physically and emotionally out of balance. Next, I assist the client with emotional release.
Emotional release must be conducted on three levels:
Firstly, we address the physical body.
Trapped or internalised emotions manifest into physical symptoms and disease. We release the energy of trapped emotions utilising breath work.
The next step is we address the subconscious mind.
This is the memory bank for all things: this life and the past life. It is necessary to communicate with the subconscious mind and give it permission to let go of the triggers that cause us to have particular thought patterns or emotions. At this level we can also address old protection systems put in place by the subconscious which no longer serve us in our present life.
The final step is addressing emotional release.
.Addresses our energy field / aura. The aura holds the energy of the emotions that we are experiencing. It becomes an attractor field for these emotions. For example, if I am holding the emotion of fear in my aura, I will draw people and situations towards me which will cause me fear.
Once I have worked through the three levels of emotional release, I will seek out the origins of these emotions and thought patterns.
inner child therapy
Sometimes there may be traumas found in childhood which can be addressed using inner child therapy. Inner child refers to the childhood aspect of self within the subconscious mind. We all have an inner child but not everyone is in touch with this part of themselves. Some adult behaviours may be due to the inner child being wounded. When the inner child has experienced unresolved trauma, many area of adult life may be impacted. This can manifest in anxiety, lack of trust, dysfunctional relationships and feelings of low self worth. Inner child therapy is where the inner child can be accessed and acknowledged. Old programmed beliefs and traumas can then be addressed. Reconnecting with this aspect of self provides a powerful tool in the healing process.
Then we go further back to the past life. If the origin of the emotions / thought patterns comes from there, I will intuitively connect with that.
