Holistic Counsellor
Following the death of my first husband, I began to search for healing techniques and for meaning in life. I became a reiki master and was certified in many different modalities as well as completing a Bachelor of Counselling degree.
As a holistic counsellor I look at the connection between mind, body and spirit to facilitate well-being. I search for the underlying causes of my clients’ problems. I assess and treat them using counselling, a combination of modalities, and Past Life Therapy. My emphasis is on facilitating self-discovery and self-healing; empowering you to take control of your own life.
